SUMMARY:AAP Fitness
DESCRIPTION:The AAP is designed to assist applicants in the preparation of the physical fitness and non-fitness portions of the hiring process such as a practice physical agility test as well as information on the process and opportunity for growth within law enforcement. This program is open to anyone who is interested in any career with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department or any other law enforcement agency. Our recruiters and background investigators will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have. \nThe Physical Fitness Sessions will cover topics such as strength and conditioning\, fitness assessments\, assistance and complete step-by-step break down of the physical agility test. The attire is appropriate physical fitness gear. The location for these sessions will be at the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Academy. \nSpace is limited\, therefore pre-registration is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome until class is full.
